Steve Jobs dies

So steve jobs just died some minutes ago, I'm sure you have already heard it though, I am not very fond of Apple products but I always though that he was a very creative and innovative person and it is very sad that he passed away, but at least he died when his compay was at its zenith

Scientist find particles that can travel faster than light

An experiment between the CERN and a laboratory in italy measured neutrinos traveling faster than the speed of light, the expermint still needs to be confirmed by other laboratories but if the measurments were correct it would change the way in which we see physics.
To travel faster than the speed of light is imposible according to the realativity theory created by Einstein, so if neutrinos can travel faster than light the theory and modern physics need to be revised to explain this phenomenon

Microsoft releases Windows 8 developers preview

Yesterday microsoft release the pre-beta version of windows 8 for the general public, windows 8 has a new interface and a new start screen, I have my doubts about the changes but I want to try it myself. I'm already downloading it, and I will soon give you my impressions.

If you don't want to format your computer to try an unstable OS you can use  virtualbox  to emulate windows.

PS3 Will Outsell Xbox 360 This Holiday If Microsoft Doesn't Cut Price

Analyst Michael Pachter says that ps3 will outsell xbox if microsoft doesn't cut their prices.
I honestly doubt that ps3 can outsell the xbox, mainly because of the bad publicity that they received with all the playstation network hack thing, and I also thing that kinect appeals more to casual gamers than move.

That being said I hope more people buy ps3 because I'm a sony fan.

New App lets manga authors publish their work in different languages

So there is a new App for the iOs that lets manga authors to have their work publish in various languages so everyboyd can read it, it looks very cool but unfortunately they don't have many titles, anyway it looks like a promising app

New drug may cure any viral infection

Researchers at the MIT discover a new treatement that culd cure any infectious disease, this could be the greatest discovery in medicine since Penicilin, I'm really looking forward to the new future that technology is going to bring to us
